Mr. Kuypers' clients include many of the most highly recognized integrated delivery networks, health systems and academic healthcare organizations in the United States, in addition to numerous other prestigious medical centers, medical groups and managed care organizations. With most of his work at the senior executive officer level, he has extensive experience working with both CEOs and search committees and is well skilled in needs assessment, group dynamics and decision making.

Formerly, Mr. Kuypers was Global Practice Leader for the Healthcare Provider and Payor sectors of the healthcare industry practice for TMP Worldwide Executive Search. From 1993 to 1999, he was a partner of LAI Worldwide, a firm that was acquired by TMP in 1999, and served as that firm's National Health Care Practice Leader for three years while also continuing to build his own practice. Earlier in his search career, based in Dallas, Mr. Kuypers led Korn/Ferry International's southern United States health care practice and served as Managing Director of Witt Associates' South Region. Prior to entering the executive search profession in 1981, Mr. Kuypers was a healthcare clinician, a university-level educator and later planned, developed and implemented healthcare programs and services. Mr. Kuypers earned his undergraduate degree in physical therapy from the University of Florida in 1969 and his graduate degree in health administration from the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1973.
